Nudge My RealityNudge My Reality

Guide your life where you want to go, by understanding where you are, and nudging your reality, in ways that can help create the life you want

Life responds to how we see it.

It only takes a few minutes to understand how a simple nudge might make life better.

It’s free, easy, private and confidential. No credit card or email needed.

How it works — a big part of knowing what you need is being able to ask the right questions

12 questions — each asking what you believe.

The questions are simple, but the answers are deep.

Most self-tracking asks how do you feel. This one asks where you are standing right now, and which direction you want to move in.

You answer in about five minutes. You walk away with one nudge per question — short, direct, and addressed to you. Next week you come back with your private pass and see whether the line moved.

Not a mood tracker, not a habit app, not a feed, not therapy.

The 12 questions: where are you on a scale of 1 to 9

Seven have a direction you choose. Five do not — both ends cost you something, so the useful information is where you are standing and how far you have drifted from the middle. Rate all 12, or star the ones you want to work on now and leave the rest.

Directional — you choose the end you are moving toward

  • ScarcityAbundance where your attention lands when you look at your life
  • AcceptanceIndependence going along with the shape of it, or deciding it
  • MemeFlow who is spending your attention
  • ComfortGrowth your distance from the edge of what you can do
  • BlameOwnership where you place the cause of what happens to you
  • ComparisonContribution whether other people settle your worth
  • CertaintyCuriosity moving once you know, or moving to find out

Balance — nudged toward the middle

  • Value CreationValue Capture the give and take, where both extremes cost you
  • Fear of FailureFear of Success two different fears that look identical from outside
  • Fear of DeathFear of Life keeping the ending out of sight, or keeping life at a distance
  • AboveBelow where you put yourself relative to other people
  • DoingBeing whether your worth is your output or your existence

A further seven questions are written and held in reserve. They will be added when they earn their place.

See the nudge before you start

Pick one question, say where you are today, and the nudge appears. This is the same engine the check-in uses, running entirely in your browser.

Your pass

There is no login. Instead, at the end of a check-in you get a private link. That link is your history: it holds the numbers and nothing else, and it only works for someone who has it. Bookmark it, or download the plain-text record, and the whole thing stays in your hands.

Because of that, we cannot recover it for you if you lose it, and we cannot read it either. That is not a limitation we are working around. It is the design.

Privacy, plainly

  • No account, no password, no email required — ever
  • No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no cookies
  • Your answers are never sent to a server; they are held in your browser and in your link
  • No external fonts, no CDN, no framework — the whole site is a handful of small files
  • You can export everything as plain text, and erase everything, at any time
