Guide your life where you want to go, by understanding where you are, and nudging your reality, in ways that can help create the life you want
Life responds to how we see it.
It only takes a few minutes to understand how a simple nudge, might make life better.
How it works - a big part of knowing what you need is being able to ask the right questions
12 Questions - each asking ‘what you believe’.
The questions are simple, but the answers are deep.
Most self-tracking asks - how do you feel? This one asks - where are you standing right now, and which direction do you want to move in?
You answer in about five minutes. You walk away with one nudge per scale — short, direct, and addressed to you. Next week you come back with your own private pass and see whether the line moved.
Not a mood tracker, not a habit app, not a feed, not therapy

See the nudge before you start
Pick one question, say where you are today, and the nudge appears. This is the same engine the check-in uses, running entirely in your browser.
Your Pass
There is no login. Instead, at the end of a check-in you get a private link. That link is your history: it holds the numbers and nothing else, and it only works for someone who has it. Bookmark it, or download the plain-text record, and the whole thing stays in your hands.
Because of that, we cannot recover it for you if you lose it, and we cannot read it either. That is not a limitation we are working around. It is the design.
